Where are you tying in the LOC. Between the Headunit and the Amp or between the AMP and the speakers. Which ever way your trying you could try the opposite. I believe the Bose headunit uses speaker level output to the amp.

i hooked up the wires in your diagram. the lt grn and dk grn and the gry and tan. the loc has a ground and i grounded it to the shifter mount and nothing happend. i couldnt tell you if its before or after the amp.
