Pioneer Premiers, which amp?

I pretend to know what im talking about lol, seriously though thanks for the compliment mtopper!
IIRC ebay has the 3000.1 from audiopipe, in a "decent" price range... me personally I have and do run "unknown" or "laughable" gear, I like listening to the laughs from people when they inquire the brands im running then I really love what they have to say when they hear it lol...
but on the other end of the token i dont just toss my gear in and play, i have put hours on top of hours into tuning and wiring and enclosure building, testing and fiddling its enough to make someone go nuts.
its messed up but my RCA's were even custom made (very well shielded silver braid, L is its own line and R is its own line) i overdo it probably, but I know it sounds badass and so does everyone else that hears it

I probably won't order them for a week or two. Still want to do some checking and looking around. Plus work is kicking my ***. How about the box? How many cubic feet would you guys recommend?

^Pioneer reccomends 1.6 cubic foot box, vented for "maximum volume", per sub. Personally what I would do if you have the room, I'd got for 4, maybe even 5 cubic feet which would be 2-2.5 a sub. But if you want to follow the manual, then 3.2 cubic feet, round up to 3.5 cubes per their manual. That would give you some good solid bass. Tuned around 37hz for hard heavy bass. Or raise it to around 42 hz if you listen to diffren kinds of music besides lil jon and gucci mane, lol.
That's what I'd build myself, but I'm sure someone else might hav a better idea.

on tuning, that new My Darkest Days track - pornstar dancin' gets with it in a 33hz box
I LOVE my ghetto tunes and my rock and that song is just awesome in the high mid and low departments
5cubes would fit nice in a blazer for sure

If you want big boomy bass, go for the largest box you can fit/afford. if you want tight bass, smaller... thats my opinion.
Its all up to you 88s10. i personally would go small because A) i like tight bass B) i like "trunk" space C) monstrous boxes are heavy and i need the little HP we have

How the hell do you tune a box? lol. I know I could look it up, but I'de rather talk to someone that deals with this stuff. Electrical set up? Yellow top and a 220 alternator if that's what you mean. May be a little longer than expected. I'm making good money right now but I wanna get out of debt. Spending about 1200 a week just on bills to pay everything off. But I'm sure I'll give in one of these weeks and say I need a little treat for myself and buy them lol. Thanks for all the help guys.

I would suggest you do some homework. Building/Tuning a enclosure is a main factor when it comes to loudness and sound quality. First off you need to know how mh room you got to play with than whats recommended for your subs. also the type of misic you listen to.

You tune a box by taking the lenth, or depth of the vent and the height and width of the vent opening. Do some math and you get a frequency. Box building isn't my strong suit, so one of the other guys will chime in with more detail.
The big box=boomy and small box=tight is sooooo true also. Cound'nt agree more.
