I've thrown this idea around, I'd say even a Xbox 360 is always good, you could buy the cooler with the VGA port, and a monitor, making it easier. Perhaps store it somewhere like under the seat, and run wires. Mostly everything else you can get wireless. But you must becareful as the 360 is notorious for its overheating problems. However everything else you need is plenty.
