skyfi xm module not fitting

Default skyfi xm module not fitting

So i have this XM skyfi FM module that goes between the antenna and has power output to the skyfi2 unit and audio input in it... now... the antenna adapter does not fit in the back of the headunit.. any ideaS?

you need two antenna adaptors. 40GM10 and 40Gm20. But you can get it together and get the 40GM30

This is because GM has the mini barb antenna. those parts will convert the gm mini barb to a normal size to plug into the XM unit, and then the other to go into the radio.

That is really cheap... i mean i payed a lot for this stuff and i have to keep paying for adapters and crap.. now i have to shell out 20 bucks for these barbs.. and the antenna wires are so long and now i have to add something to extend those.. i think i am going to stick with the fm transmitter in the skyfi2

you will lose a great deal of signal strength. not really to extend anything, but to convert ends.
