Default stereo fab. and setup

My 2000 blazer ZR2 has an ok system but looking for an upgrade. The stock is not the bose system but i have 6 disc changer already installed center console.

I have all my componets picked out (2 bostin acoustic 6" speakers 120 watts a piece, 2 boson acoustic 6x9 150 watts a piece, 2 10" pioneer shallow mount subs 600 watts a sub, and a 1200 watt amp, with a JVC HD head unit 200 watt output.) But with my installation i wanted to stiffen up the panels, my idea was to fiber glass the panels for stiffness than place 1/2 inch foam between the speaker and the panel and keep about 3 inches around it glued to the inside for vibration dampening. I was wondering if anyone thought that this is a bad idea. Also for the sub mount w as going to mount them next to the back seat in the wheel well area just above the storage comartment in the back, but I don't know how i am going to make it stiff enough to support the sub and keep the panel for vibrating from the amount of watts that will be pumped into them. I think i have a good start and some good ideas but if anyne has input or tips please let me know.

you really dont need to do anything to your panels cause your not running a whole lot of watts to them. but if u do, use dampening material (dynamat, fatmat, raamat, etc) not foam. and you can put non-hardening clay between the speaker and the baffle for great vibration resistance.
