the saga continues. I have the interesting yet frustrating dilemma of needing to build the fender mounts out far enough. believe it or not the two-by combination didn't cut it.
I was under the idea you were making a camper : ) This is the start of mine Walls to be foamed And cabinets up to the bottom of the windows Wood flooring I few cubby holes for stuff Spare will be on the roof in the rack
wow that's a good start! I always wondered what a 2 door looks like inside. if you don't want your swing out anymore I'll buy it from you LOL. I'm not big enough nor young enough to be hefting tires on to the roof anymore.
the extreme heat and the rain have put me behind on the trailer but I finally got one pretty side done. The fender frame outs double as Tie Rails. a light scuff sand on the surface Kady photobombs as always. eventually a coat of Minwax polyshades will seal the wood and bring the colors slightly closer together.
rust and a Fresh coat of paint on the frame help make it pop LOL.
more Finishing Touches. I had to remount this with half inch plywood instead of the one inch stock I had. because they literally mounted the axle off-center just enough that the same schematic would not work on both sides without this side Tire rubbing the inner fender well. measure twice weld once retrofit later LOL. look at the reach on this Jack.... I could Mount this thing to a freaking monster truck.
