i decided to get creative and move all the vent tubes from transmission and transfercase and diffs to a multiport breather port that runs to the snorkel intake

i also did a distributer mod and drilled out the factory screen breather vents and ran pvc plastic tubes from the blower box to the distributer and the other line to the intake side on the kn filter to keep air flowing through the distributer to keep it dry and sealed

I got busy after that and decided to delete the rad clutch fan and gain some space and a few hp on the motor and convert to electric fans. I used 2x electric rad fans from a Chrysler concord. it needed a bit of trimming but it was a straight forward install. I also used a flex-a lite adjustable temp switch and 2x40 amp relays fused

my next mod was to get rid of the factory vaccum brake booster and upgrade to hydroboost with custom lines. reason for this is I use it to pull a large boat and wanted more stopping power. I have also installed a brake controller in the vehicle for 7 way

after that was installed I bleed the brakes with new fluid and she stops a lot better.after the brake upgrade I installed custom oil block stainless steel lines as the factory ones were small and leaking so I got ones I can service and reuse. in the pic ull see the anodized fittings and ull see the y pipe is coverd in a titanium wrapped hedder wrap to keep the temps low

at the beginning of the summer i had my heater core go and wasn't looking forward to the job but it was actually straight forward and had the dash out and heater core out and dash installed in a day. i took a few days to rewire things and relocate my cb radio and aux switches with a custom roof liner

after that was installed i had a chance to work on the interior a bit and ripped the carpet all out and installed a rubber custom cut floor. installed 2005 manual black front seats as my power seats stopped working and added the headliner

i decided to remove the old haogen roof top lights and add a 32 inch flood and spot combo for night time back roads and offroad.

i had also added a second jerry can holder for a 20 L water jug for camping trips and changed my spare tire rim to a matching steel d window rim

heres the truck as she sits today with a custom grill i made and my runva 11000 wireless winch

heres the grill i made closer so it has more airflow for the aux 3x coolers u can see . one is transmission, power steering, engine oil
