watch out for the bolt in the lower fender. I had to take mine out before I cut my fenders

^ this bolt? I think the path I'm cutting will avoid that. Kyle mentioned earlier that it was the fender bolt but it turns out there's another bolt just a few inches up from it to hold the fender in place. When I unbolted them the fender still seemed pretty solid. Did you take them out just while you were cutting or did you remove them for good? Any close up pics of how much you cut off?

good to hear. I took it out for now and cut around it but I'll probably remove some more tomorrow after I get a look at it with the tire on. Definitely gonna round off the very bottom corner.

I also cut the bumper but after doing the back of the fender, I wish I had cut the bumper differently. I despise my bumper though and I plan on getting a newer style and removing the valence.

more pics!

The thin black fenderwell (green) or the firewall (blue) behind it? The only part I cut was the the edge of the fender because that's where the tire was hitting. I wasn't even able to turn the wheels enough to see if interfered further in.

Cleaning cutting, nicely done. Your ride is stock suspension besides the t-bar crank correct? The tires you're going to have on are 31 10.50 15's?

Looking good man.

Thanks!

Yup 31x10.5 on just the tbar crank. To make things worse, they're on 0 offset wheels. Waiting for another member to make some lift shackles
