I wonder if it's just your springs swapping / flexing laterally... mine does it and sometimes they make some noise while stopped or after it rains. Extra spring clamps or a track bar will take care of it if that's your issue.

So the center of the bolt from the frame is right at 5" and then of course its 31.5" center to center on the spring mounts. If you need more info on it let me know. Heres a pic of the ranger shackle hanger. I set it exactly 3/4" forward of the body mount bolt and have almost perfect shackle angle with the front bolt 1" in front of that body mount bolt. Sorry its hard to get good pics in there with the back lighting and an iphone

You can somewhat see that I trimmed it to sit parallel to the front hanger and also level.
I'll try and get some better pics if you need them just let me know.

Thank you! Yeah I'm pretty happy with how it came out as far as not having a roller skate look. The front will likely come down a tiny bit more yet which will help even more. I really need to find some Z flares though mostly for my own ocd with the look. I'll get them eventually tho so for now I'm just happy to be driving it!

Yeah I'm not sure 100% what it is for sure. Its nothing huge or alarming just a quick slight pop so I'll keep an eye on it and see if something shows from it. I really need to get some shocks on it asap. The boat feeling isn't pleasant and make my butt pucker occasionally lol!!

I put about 10 miles on it today and it drives awesome. I got it to about 55 and it drives straight with no sounds or vibes. I do have some vibration when I accelerate hard from a stop which I am sure is the axle rotating and throwing the pinion angle to s***. I will be looking for some 56's in the near future to swap in for sure. Other than that so far so good!

What's your plan for the rear tire carrier? I notice you already got it off at the moment lol.

I'm going to mod it to work with the h2 wheels. I've got a 5th wheel sitting here for it.

Thank you Rex for the measurement and hanger pics. That was exactly the info I needed.

Cut out my center caps today. They aren't perfect but owell. Once they are painted they should look much better.

Started on my new roof rack today. The mounts are finished just have to add a couple cross bars and throw some paint on it and I can finally put my Surco rack back on there! It's 1 1/4" square 11ga so I think it will be plenty sturdy unlike the factory plastic turd. The feet are 1 1/2"x1/4 and it'll have big fat washers on the backside so it won't pull through the roof. So far besides the fact I couldn't seem to put down a decent looking weld today I'm really happy with how it's turned out. Here's a couple pics.

The large hole in the left foot is for my roof light wire harness to pass through.

And so far it's only cost me $33 for the steel and then few bucks the stainless hardware is going to cost.
