hesitation

I've been noticing some hesitation right after I first crank my blazer up each day. After about a mile down the road I'm good. I know there a lot of options but do you have any ideas?

I'd say it's time to clean the throttle body. Check the posts but I can recommend seafoam. It works wonders...

you could also try some fuel system cleaner
