Default 01 Possible Fuel Problems

Long story short, my blazer decided to stall 5 or so times coming home today. It is running no trouble codes currently, and just loses power seemingly randomly. I have nothing to assume except the fuel pump, because there is a suspicious whining sound coming from behind the rear drivers side tire, or that general area. This whine has occured for some time, about since I replaced a number of troublesome vacuum lines a few months ago. On stalling the sound rises in pitch, then the car stops. Thoughts?

Default Additional Video

Here is a video that captured the sound pretty well. It does this always, but didnt before I changed out a handful of vacuum hoses in the front. Coincidence?

Sounds like a dieing fuel pump... not sure if it has anything to do with hose... maybe do a test and see if it's being stressed somehow?
