I have a lowered 1995 four door blazer that had bad fuel in it a couple of days ago and was sputtering and stalling, but all of the fuel was removed and it has a new fuel pump and filter put on it. It was running fine and driving fine after it got the new filter and pump on it, but it bottomed out the other night and now won't start without quick start being sprayed in the intake. It will run idle for maybe a minute then die, and also it will cut off if you try to give it gas. My dad and I checked the fuel pump and the filter again and they were good. We also checked the fuel pressure regulator to see if fuel was there, but I am not sure if it is good or bad because it sprayed fuel out when we checked it before the truck was running, but after it ran and cut off hardly anything came out. Can someone please help me?

As with every suspected fuel issue with these trucks, you must test the fuel pressure & leak down with a gauge. Your engine (CPI like the SCFI/MFI engines mentioned in the tech article) requires 55+psi to start & run properly and the pressure must not drop more than 5psi for 10 minutes after the pump shuts off.
You could also check for proper power & ground to the pump when the problem occurs. Did you have to splice in a new connector when you replaced the pump? What brand of pump did you use?
