Default 1995 Blazer starts but dies please help

Hello thanks for looking at this I'm new to this forum. And really need help on this one. To give you a little back story on this truck. I replaced the motor on this truck around 10,000 miles ago. last December I installed a delco fuel pump. I pulled it around to the garage last Friday to air the tire up it was running great. Went to restart it to park it and all it would do is crank. So I checked the spark with a adjustable tester. Spark is great and their where no codes according to my scanner. So I thought the fuel pump went out so I hooked a gauge to it. It was on the low side @ 58# on a mac gauge. So I got a new delco pump and installed it. Still would not start. So I replaced the fuel spider and nut kit because I did not know how old these where. after that it would try to start but would not stay running. Then i went to the internet looking with no luck.

things I have tried these are not in order they where done just as I could remember
1) 2 different new delco pumps
2) 2 different new spider assemblies and 1 spar one I had
3) installed new cam sensor
4) ohm tested crank sensor tested at 920 ohms
5) tps tested at 5.0 volts reference and checked with my scanner good
6) checked fusible link by the battery and the 3 or 4 on left side by the abs
7) installed new fuel filter
8) installed noid light on injector wiring and spark tester both flash even when it dies
9) tried vcm out of exact same vehicle that had no issues ( I know they should be reflashed to the vehicle they are in but it should at least run)
10) I have went all through all of alldata's trouble shooting trees
11) ohm tested water temp sensor i could not find data on this one but it changes with heat
12) checked oil pressure sensor readings are spot on
13) checked all vacuum hoses and connections
14) cleaned all grounds connections

fuel pressure is 62 psi now. If I keep pumping the gas pedal as it tries to start I can get it to run. But not very well. And when I did that it got a code V3F00. which I can find no data on. I can get it to run if I spray gas in it. so I think it is a fuel issue but I can not find anything to back that up. Any help would be appreciated. I really have no idea where to go from here. And I desperately need this vehicle
