2001 Blazer no start issue. Help!!
#12
It actually doesnt change. Im afraid the fuel pump is really the only thing really left that could be the cause but Im still not convinced of that 100% only because when the thing does start and run, it runs great and drives fine, doesnt fall on its face under hard acceleration like it would if the pump was weak. Maybe Im just in denial? lol

Well gentlemen, if you guessed fuel pump stick another feather in your cap because that was the problem. After being in denial the whole time the facts really told the tale, fuel pressure was an issue after all after screwing around with the gauge, recording reading after reading it became clear that the tank had to come down. I picked up an AC Delco pump from RockAuto Auto Parts for $265 to my doorstep and I installed it yesterday. After the complete tune up it received along the way and now a new FP she fired up and purred like a kitten! She's running better than ever now. Im sure the almost .125" plug gap that had worn into the plugs werent helping the situation much. lol Hopefully I can get a couple more years out of this rig before I trade it in for a new ride for the wife. Anyways, thanks for the help fella's!
