My blazer is hard to start but once started it runs great. when I try to start it after sitting all night it will crank but not start. If I repeat this 5 or so times it will start. If I drive it somewhere then turn it off and it sits for a short time and then try to restart it it starts and runs fine.

Any ideas?

I had an issue just like this & it turned out to be the Fuel pressure regulator. But to check you should do a bleed down test. Also a pressure check. There are test procedures on this site use your search.
