so I am rebuilding a 4.3L and got it back in it has fuel getting to it via TBI and has compression and spark. timing is believed to be set correctly. the motor runs with throttle wide open (which should be clear flood mode.) any hints, ideas, or knowledge on the situation, please let me know.
