4x4, is this normal?

I fell stupid as all get out, but I can't find that sticky. I've been looking for 10 minutes. I don't see a DIY section and I looked through the "helpful threads" sticky in the maintenance section and I don't see it

I also searched to no avail

I have a 96 Chevy Blazer LT and as of right now when I push the 4hi or 4lo all that is happens is the light flashes a few times i hear the relay then it go back to 2hi and again with the relay clicking.

Do the diagnostic procedure...probably will tell you your t-case shift motor is bad.
