I only changed the idle because I had replaced all the sensors, iac and tps along with the intake gasket. When I went to the Chevy dealer they said there was nothing they could do or recommend. I drove it today and seems fine, I'll let ya know how it goes monday. OH, did ya double check the timing....just on the off chance its off or distributor is loose, just a thought.

So far, so good. No more buck in idle, doesn't die in gear after long idle time, no dieing in heavy traffic. But like REXMBURNS suggested.....make sure everything (EGR, MAP, etc) are all good n clean before making adjustments.
