Question 97 Blazer Help Please

My 97 Blazer recently got a new fuel pump and then issues started. I have changed fuel filter, plugs and wires, looked for any vacuum leaks, checked distributor cap (Its new)

Right after I replaced the Fuel Pump I drove her 700 miles highway speeds due to moving to another state. She did fine but ran rich. Now she will act like she does not get enough fuel or something when starting off and like sputters, if I giver her more gas she pulls out of it. this last a bit until she is good and warm. It mostly happens at 1500 rpms. This sluggishness will last a bit when driving in town then eventually stop. Some days it will stop sooner than others.

Had random misfire code but I checked and redid some of the plugs and wires and the code has not come back. I replaced some of the vacuum lines that were corroded. Cat doesn't rattle. I ran upper engine Sea Foam in her, gas treatments and she had oil change before the trip.

Any ideas what to check or do?

Thanks in advance

I've heard so many stories of the poor quality of replacement fuel pumps that I have to ask: Have you rechecked the pressure in the fuel lines?

If the fuel pressure checks out fine, perhaps the issue is with the fuel-injection spider?
