Angry blown ECM-B fuse??

My 91 s10 blazer w/4.3 is sitting at home right now because it keeps blowing this fuse. I thought it was fixed. I have replaced the fuel pump relay and checked the wires running from it to the oil pressure switch and now it just blows the fuse right away. Even when i jump the fuse relay as soon as i touch a fuse it blows. Any ideas?
The only thing i can think of is the fuel pump or a wire shorting out from me installing the body lift?
Does anyone know where the wires run for the fuel pump?

Default

bump for any ideas..... I know the wires for the fuel pump run under the carpet in the rear and out through a hole in the floor board. Any other common places to look for rubbing wires?
