Question Clutch Kit Replacement Blazer 4WD 1998

Hi,

I'm from Austria and new here in the forum. My question is following: How I replace the clutch kit on a Blazer 4WD LS 1998? The problem is to remove the gear to replace the Release Bearing...

thanks!

Best thing to do is to purchase a Haynes manual or whatever manual for your truck to do repairs to it. It will give you step by step on how to do almost everything to it.

I have replace a lot of clutches on vehicles but none on 4x4. Disengage your shifter handle from the transmission. Take your driveshaft out put a jack under your trans unbolt the trans from the motor I dont know if you need to unbolt the transfer case from it but you will probably have to. Unbolt the clutches take out replace. They should give you a alignment tool for your gears to go in as well.
