Ok, tested said fuses. The atc 20 amp was blown. Replaced that. The ready were good. All lights flash on selector switch when key is turned on, nothing stays on. And my service 4wd light is now on on my dash. Switch buttons do nothing when pressed.

The service 4WD light means there is a trouble code stored in the TCCM. It will need to be retrieved with a scan tool capable of accessing the TCCM.

Does the ATC 20 amp fuse still test good, or did it blow again?

The ATC 20 amp fuse feeds the TCCM, and the brake inside the encoder motor on the transfer case. There are two orange wires that run from the fuse panel: one to the encoder motor, and one to the TCCM behind the passenger kick panel. If the fuse blew again, check them both for shorts to ground, (frayed or pinched wire etc) from the fuse panel to both locations.

Sorry been working this weekend. The fuse did not blow again. Wires are all intact and in good condition.

Good job. Next step is to retrieve the DTC's with a scan tool capable of accessing the TCCM. (the scanners at the auto parts stores will not do it.)

Default I'm Having Similar Problem

So I'm Having Clicking Going In Dash an At Passenger Side Box an Can Hear It At Transfer Case. But Lights Flickering an Then They All Go Out an Blazer Won't Go Forward or Backwards. But If I Shut It Off an Start Back Up an Immediately Go In Drive or Reverse It'll Move Then More Clicking an Lights Flash an Its Like Vehicle Is In Neutral (It Just Rolls) Even In Park. Shut It Off an Back On Again It Was Like It Registered It Was In Park. When This Occurred The Other Day I Managed To Get It Back Home From Neighbors House But Felt Like It Was In 4Lo. I Replaced Box On Passenger Side Thinking Lack Of Communication Between Box An Transfer Case Cause Couple Times Light Would Just Flash or Go Out Completely But Tapped The Box an Lights Would B Fine Again For Days an Even Weeks At A Time. I've Tried Turning Key Forward an Back 5 Times an It Still Clicking an Flashing Lights Even Before Starting an Even When It Starts Up. I'm Stumped
