99 blazer jus had work done like new fuel injectors fuel line and fuel pump done motor got about 127000 on it now i got a ticking noise in the motor not to bad but can hear it its on the top right side also when idle n in drive oil pressure guage is abt a quater of the way up then when acell its about half way

 

If it's from the top of the engine it's probably a lifter. Try using a treatment program of Auto-Rx and see if it solves the noise.
