A bolt sitting on the bottom of the pan probably won't ever cause you any problems. It can't get sucked up in the oil pump pickup screen, and it's too far away from the crankshaft to be very likely to get caught in it. The magnet, on the other hand, if you don't know where it is, can get jammed up in the distributor drive gear or someplace else and ruin your day. If it were mine, I'd pull the pan and remove them both. But if you're a gambler, you can roll the dice.

*EDIT*
If the bolt is in the distributor hole by the oil pump drive shaft, it definitely needs to come out.

it was like between the the wall and the part that sticks up in the center I seen it with my own eyes I got down when I came back it was not there somebody else had been trying to get it out to no avail I never seen the magnet but the screws gone on the boat is gone I don't know where it could have went from that position I've got a digital scope I'm sticking in to see if I can find it no luck so far. I'm going I'm going to insert the camera but in the oil field drain hole and see if I can see anything in the bottom of the pan

ran a scope in the pan could not find bolt or magnet don't know where to look. I guess I should start by taking intake off???

Probably, unless you can see in there with the camera through the distributor hole. It's not a terrible job to remove the intake, and it's an "opportunity" to upgrade your lower intake manifold gaskets if you haven't already. Make sure you buy the Fel-Pro metal ones. Sorry, I don't have the part number handy.

Hopefully, you'll find the bolt and the magnet in there.

Removed intake upper an lower no luck on finding bolt was able to run the scope a little further down. Standing at the front of the truck looking at it the back left hand side of the distributor hole I believe I found the boat at the bottom left I guess my next alternative is to drop the pan help

Well, that sucks. If the pan were steel, I would cut a hole in the bottom of it, remove the bolt, and weld a patch on it. But cast aluminum is much harder to weld properly. Maybe turn the truck upside-down and shake it, lol?

Sorry I don't have any better answers for you. Maybe you can drop the pan enough to fish it out with a magnet so you don't have to remove it completely?
