I'm getting weird hesitation off-idle??? It only seems to be there until the truck completely warms up, then she runs pretty good. Could this be my head gasket? There have been a few times that i've turned on my heater and smelled that sweet smell that antifreeze gives off, but only a few times. Any thoughts?
