Knock sensor location '00 W Block`

Ok bear with me here
IMO As you acquired somebody else's project nothing says the knock sensor is the right one for your application.
As I stated above a 92 has a sensor with bolt threads that screws into the back of the riders side head - second sensor has pipe threads and it screws into the water jacket in the drivers side head.
Both are single wire hookups {actually the sensor wires T's off one single main wire and then each side of the T runs to a sensor}
So the sensor maybe for a 1ST Gen and install in the back of the riders head or the water jacket in the drivers head .....

There is none, no Casting mark or any plate attached anywhere on the block, on the head there is a rounded nub and a rectangle as casting marks.
