I would concentrate on the P1100 code which you can take at face value. It means that the PCM is receiving intermittent data from the MAF sensor. This would lead me to believe there is a wiring or connection problem between the MAF sensor and the PCM.
The transmission control side of the PCM is tied quite heavily into the readings from the MAF sensor. So if the MAF sensor were giving spuratic data, it would get confused.

New MAF. Still Problems!!!
okay i got new MAF and all hooked it up, also got new intake plenum so no leaks..it idles okay, and drives fine until i get on it really hard, then falls flat on its face several times. like its about to cut off...HELP!!!!

Are you Positive about the P1100 and the P0700 codes? I have been told a thousand times its Transmission codes installed from the factory, like "ghost codes"...Just wondering

P1100 is not a transmission code.
