I recently just blew the radiatior, had that replaced as well as thermostat and lines. Flush and replace fluids.

The day after I got it back, the Service Engine Soon came on, I took it to the local autozone to check the code and it said it was the MAF Sensor. The following day the Service engine light went out. This evening it has come back on, and there is a popping sound coming from under the hood/engine. Seems to be a little loss of power. Air condioner works as it normally does, however, when popping the hood to look for the sound I noticed that the compressor will stop spinning, then start up again. Is that normal? and what is making the popping sound?

 

The a/c compressor will stop and start, that is normal, but the check engine usually isnt normal and a popping sound either, i would get it checked out.
