Gunking to engine compartment. What do I need to protect?

1995 Chevy Blazer 4x4 LT engine compartment

 

Distributor is a big one. Most likely won't damage anything, but it'll be hard to start till it dries out.

I wouldn't spray too hard around the computer, either.

There's about a million electrical plugs under the hood. They're all westher pack type, so pretty water resistant, but at 25 years old, who knows?
