tranny rattle

Default tranny rattle
does anyone know what would make a metal on metal rattle inside my tranny 4l60e?

Default RE: tranny rattle
If it's in the tranny I would be very worried, but are you certain that it's not coming from the catalytic converter since it's right there beside it?
