Default Turning the key. No "System check".

I have some electrical problem on the car. The windows wont work.

I changed the battery (did not survive the winter) and drove the car from the garage. I drove about 150 meters and turned off the car. I removed the dashboard to look for grounding points.

Now the problem.

Turning the key and i dont se that the car does the "system check" on the dashboard.
The engine do crank, but no spark.

The car i a 1997 Blazer.

An suggestions??

UPADTE.
