whats the differance between blocks with u bolts and add a leafs?

 

Well an add a leaf will increase load carrying capacity while blocks will lift/lower the body.

A block will go in between the spring pad and the leaf spring.

An Add-a-Leaf will actually bolt to the spring pack and typically increase the arch of the spring pack providing lift.
