So! It's been a couple of months! I just purchased a little 2 horse weighing in at 2500lbs!

I already had a class III hitch on it (psh, I didn't even know that)
and we're getting the brake box, temp gauge, and sway bars put on Friday!
So excited to finally be hauling on my own!

Sounds like you're on your way to towing them properly. Might want to check the rear-end ride height with all the weight hooked up, it may be beneficial to have helper springs on the rear or an add-a-leaf. The back end of mine was sagging just on its own.
