i dont have to pay to get anything installed, he's a good family friend. i buy him beer and help and he does most of the work. Would i need a front and rear bumper relocation kit?

Yes but depending on the Body lift kit that you buy they will come with it. I believe one of the most common kits is the Performance Accessories kit but i am not positive
