2000 Chevy Blazer 4 Door 2WD
I bought it for $2000 a year and a half ago and it had 150k miles on it.
It's got 175k and some change now, and I've put in a crap load into it.
In chronological order:
New fuel pump - $400 total
New Michelin tires - $600
Upper control arm bushings and center link - $300
Completely new front brakes - $500 i think (was a gift)
Radio - $120
pull-a-part misc items - about $100 over time
New headlights and bumper lights - $210
So over time I've put more into it than I bought it for, but it's a great vehicle. Only complaint is the color (bright red) and that I need to replace the fuel pump again, which is going to be a PITA. But the engine is solid, it's had all of its maintenance done ON TIME and I expect to get at least 225k out of this before I get rid of it.

Bought mine a little over a year ago for $3000, had 133k on it. Previous owner changed all the brakes and put in all new front end parts. A month after I got it, I had to do the intake gaskets (lower was leaking into motor). So far, 13k miles later, I've only put a few hundred into it (not including gas lol). New shocks, ujoints, and as of 2 weeks ago, a new stereo and speakers. Oh, and oil changes (full synthetic). now it sits at 147k, and drives good as new, and gets 22mpg on trips! Heck, even the ac still works perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

I just pick up my '98 LT last week with 130k on her. 3rd owner and I don't think anybody has ever even sat in the back seat all carpet and leather from the drivers seat back look like it came from the factory. Needless to say the previous owner took impeccable care of my new blazer. However I have already noticed a small laundry list of things to do.
To Do
-new drum hardware for the parking brake (already done)
-bad rattle in the cat
-will be installing a 2.5in suspension lift due to various suspension components being at the end of their life.
-Tires
-weird occasional noise coming from inside the cab at start up
-front door weather seals
Just for fun
-cold air intake (for gas mileage)
-Dynaflo exhaust (for gas mileage and awesomeness
I love my Blazer so far even though there are a few little things to keep up on. These rigs are worth the tlc that they require and considering I only spent 2000 bones on her I don't mind getting a few grease stains on my shirt to get her in tip top shape.

Got my 97 LT with 73k on the odometer in July of 2009.
Repairs/replaced parts.
Upper and lower radiator hoses.. a bit of horse trading with a friend who manages a Parker Store.
New tires... $450 +/-
Replaced the mirrors with a set from a salvaged 2000 model... $60. Still have to get them wired up.
Thermostat.. I think it was about $16
Replaced rear brake pads and wheel cylinders today, doing rotors, calipers, and front pads tomorrow.. I paid a little less than $240 for the components, and I'm doing the work myself.
Still have to replace the heater core, AC evaporator, AC accumulator, and recharge it with refrigerant and PAG oil.
As for mods, I've removed the center console.. I'm thinking I'll cut off the section which extends past the shift lever to give me room to mount a CB radio.. I'll bolt it to the floor using a nutsert kit (if I can find one cheaper than what Mac Tools or Snap-On charges.. tried NAPA today with no luck). I've considered either a bull bar or grille guard.. I've been leaning towards the Go Rhino 3000 Series Stepguard grille guard.. maybe mount a couple lights on it for when I go up into the mountains.
Ideally, I'd love to do a Cummins 4BT swap, but all the S-10 conversions I've seen have been on the older style vehicles with solid front axles, so I'm not sure it would work out too well with my IFS.
I thought about swapping out the stereo, but the factory one has an accessory option, so I'm wondering if there's an accessory input in the back which I could use to plug an iPod into, rather than having to replace the whole thing.
I'd also like to put a cold air intake on it, and possibly a Jacobs ignition.
I'm looking at installing an auxiliary fuse panel for any electrical components I intend to add.. a set of PIAA lights in the front (once I get the grille guard), the CB and amp, maybe a spotlight.

Got my 95 Blazer for $725 a few weeks ago with 168K on frame and trans, 125k on recently replaced motor. At 169k now.
Needed "inspected & aligned" according to previous owner at purchase
-Replaced cracked radiator
-Changed all fluids (trans/motor/Xfer/rear) - just for my assurance as I always do when I get a new (used)vehicle.
-New upper and lower ball joints
-Repaired corroded wire for driver's power seat control under carpet
-New battery - corroded wire for driver's seat had been grounding out and killed old battery
-Alignment
-State inspection
Next: vacuum lines / Transfer case input shaft seal (maybe) due to HVAC only blowing through defrost and missing vacuum lines and then new back brake shoes. Runs like a hoss otherwise.

This threads always fun. Bought it about 4 years ago for $300 I think it was, didnt run worth a crap.
Spent about $4000 on it so far, have driven it a couple weeks around BC while I got the injection fixed up and running well, then used it to haul my trailer full of stuff back to Alberta where it was parked in my garage.
It still sits in the garage and has accumulated a whole whackload of new parts. All new frontend, lift, shocks, wheels and tires, stereo, injection, fuel system from tank forward, and all kinds of mods.
Still havent driven it. Ive pushed it onto a trailer, but thats it.
