back to deer, I have never hit any deer in my blazer, hit 2 telephone polls though. Both were at low speeds (less then 20 mph), one fell asleep going reverse (was only tired no alcohol or drugs). Another, either hit a mustang or take the poll...took the poll. Both times was only cosmetic damage, no mechanical or electrical damage at all.
Last summer a deer committed suicide on my mom's van(GMC savanna van 1500 frame), radiator, trans cooler, and condenser were eaten by the fan (approx 45 mph) and this winter wile en route to a fire call another deer decided to end its life via front end of my dads pickup truck (dodge 2500) with a plow on it (50 mph) no damage to plow and Bambi was in several pieces (picking her out of everything was not fun).

yeah i fixed up, wrapped him up in a plastic tarp and we both went into the woods at 1am when i got home, and only 1 came back, ha, actually i WAS thinking about cleaning him up for deer jerky but like i said i draged him for 45 minutes not knowing he was there, by the time it found him i had all kinds of gravel in him and plus i kinda busted his blatter and tainted the meet, look at it like this, atleast he wont get shot durin huntin season
