Default i think I might have remote start

About a month ago I had a rock flip up on the highway and crack my windshield. To make a long story short, I had it replaced by JN Phillips. Didnt cost me a dime Anywho, the guy asked me if I had any double sided tape or something, I asked what for. He pointed to a little black box I have hanging down behind my rearview mirror. I said I didnt have any tape and I had no idea what that box was. He said usually that is where they put remote starter module boxes. Where would I look to see if my Blazer is equipped with an aftermarket remote starter? Under the dash at the ignition wires or under the hood somewhere?

Should basically all be under the dash on the driver side.

there should be a square module somewhere underneath the dash.

I'll take a look up there tomorrow before I leave for work and see if I can see anything.
