Default My one in a million part find luck.

Was out at the family farm last week with my dad and walked past a reciver hitch off the edge of the woods near my sister's house and he said there's you a hitch for your 87 K5 ask your brother in law. The next week brother in law says he don't know what it's off of but he added a bracket to fit his full size 90 chevy truck and i could have it.

I take it home and the next day I run the model number on it to see what it fits to check on measurement so i can make a bracket ands its actually for a 79-91 fullsize k5.

Anyone in the know has to realize that is a weird find being that no one in the family has ever had a k5 and that hitch only fits that model range due to the odd frame.

Mine was the 14BFF that I tossed in the weeds up at our shale pit well over 15 years ago with no idea what I could use it on only to find that it will bolt right into my '74 K5!
