Trailers
I had a 1984 Dodg pickup for years. It was getting long in the tooth and I bought another one for parts. I had painted the truck several times with flat black paint and a roller. I made the back end into a matching trailer for the truck. I went through all the hoops Indiana requires and got all my permits and when it was finished, I got my plates.
The first time I pulled it, I didn't go more than a block when a State Trooper pulled me over. He had a grin on his face when he walked up. It seems he had seen trailer plates on what looked like a pickup so he pulled me over. When I turned off into a parking lot and hinged in the middle, he realized it was an actual trailer.
