Unless it's a really good LED kit... You don't really get a "glow" effect like neons...

ok i saw some on a website (ill link it when i get home) and they looked pretty good. but still not like neon, but you get what you pay for i guess

I don't think I've seen a quality rice...I mean, neon job in my life though (crooked, falling off, etc.)

loli only consider it rice if its poorly done and/or obnoxious (ie 5 ft wide 2 ft tall wings LMAO)
