Unhappy No easy fix this time then !

You'll have to drill and drain your vacuum canister too, then seal the hole back up before re-installing.

One of a long, long list of issues I had with that Jimmy in my avatar ...
Thanks for the heads up ! Perfect time of year to be laying on the ground with metallic objects in my hands !

Default 2 Major Cores Project

Sweet smell in cabin and no AC. Spent 12 hours since Saturday removing the Heater Core and the Evaporator Core. Must have removed 1000 screws and connectors. Hope it starts when I am done.

Finally started the build and took the engine from the stocking location to a friends garage for tear-down. Taken all apart it now sits at my place waiting to be hot-tanked at my machine shop.

You may want to follow the build at:

Not a thing on the Jimmy.
But started researching wiring diagrams for trailblazers so I can start to get circuitry designed for the tail lights ect.

Default Big Snow

I went out and did a little R&D in the snow. (Reverse and Drive a couple of times )2WD only. I like the KO tires ! I still need to replace the transfer vase seal before I replace the T/C Vac. actuator to operate 4WD.
