Turns out it was the gas tank. Ordered a new one and new straps from Rockauto. It should be here by Thursday

I got a front end alignment today and went to Auto zone to get replacement oil cooler lines for the ones that came defective from Rock Auto. Nearly lost my engine, four quarts low in 15 miles. Thank you SES light ! Still had 40 psi and no rise in temp. Whew ! What a mess ! Upper line was leaking steady at radiator after that drive,

You should do some searching on this site for how to modify those lines better.
They will end up leaking in no time again. Just a heads up.

Default Fuel pump

Today, a new fuel pump. A previous owner replaced it sometime back with an Airtex pump. It has a Carter pump in it now. Hopefully this one will last as long as I have it.

Should have gone with Delco or Delphi, these trucks are real picky with the pumps that they have.

They treat the others like candy and eat them quick.

Non pro body work. 3m adhesive instead of welding. Was recommended by body to do it this way. easier, faster. I'm happy with the results
