filed an insurance claim because the neighbor who drives a small school bus accidentally rubbed the left front fender flare, bumper corner and destroyed the bumper extension.....some people just shouldn't drive.

Soldered in new incandescent bulbs for the front panel of the remote cassette player and reinstalled it. I then tested my new cassette player adapter and I can play tunes off my phone. Whoo Hoo!

I also discovered I probably need reading glasses if I'm going to do any more such soldering. I knew this day was coming but I don't have to like it!

Installed a new coolant recovery tank. And now trying to figure out where my coolant is going because that didn't fix the problem.
Also attempted to fix the driver's door panel. "Fixed" it about 9 months ago and it's right back the way it was before.
So very tired of working on the same issues repeatedly on this thing. If I weren't in the market for a house I would have traded it in yesterday.

I had the ABS unit bled and the wheels aligned after replacing the tie rod ends, so I can finally drive it.

Took the stupid stickers off the previous owner put on, and added a couple ones I wanted. Also cleaned up the interior a bit.

Found a way to tap in the the Retained Accessory Power (RAP) by adding a terminal to the connector that goes into the Body Relay Block (BRB).

I also removed the remote radio controls on the steering wheel in preparation for replacing the bulbs in them. BTW the bulbs are size T-1, incandescent lamps. I'll try to determine the current rating later.

Got it started after sitting, had to jump it. Also got the drivers side window completely up as it had gotten stuck when it was very cold. Next step: INSURANCE & REGISTRATION!!! YIPPEE!

Yer almost there Lefet! That's awesome...

I got one thing done this whole weekend..Managed to track down the oil pan that the wind blew away last week and stuck it back under the front of the Blazer to catch the oil leak..

Was going to attack the vacuum lines , but just like clockwork , the G6 started screaming for attention again... That G6 gets so dang jealous, I swear..

Installed a temporary arm rest on the driver Side so I don't pull of the door skin anymore.
Also installed a holy **** handle on the driver Side for cosmetic reasons.

A little flexing for the fun of it 😁😃
