Nice rig! Makes me REALLY miss mine that was a very similar setup. One question, what outters are you running to be 6 lug on the d60 and I assume the 14b but couldn't see other than the wheels matching the front?

Thanks! The 14-bolt is a semi-floater from a 2WD van, so it was already 6-lug. It has AlloyUSA shafts, though, with my custom home-brew disk brake setup, so I probably could have started with an 8-lug and ended up in the same place. The front already had aftermarket 6-lug hubs (with D60 sized spindles and locking hubs) and 1/2-ton brakes on it when I bought it, so I got lucky there.

Installed yet another wheel bearing. Yaye for offset wheels and larger than factory spec tires!

Lift at work makes it a ton easier for sure

Not sure why I expect the wheel bearings to last though... This makes the 3rd used one I've installed lol But working at a salvage yard I always have spare pulled both bearings of a 4x4 frame I saved a while back, both felt good, used one today, got the other waiting for when I need to swap one again lol. Snatched the fuel pump of that girl too since it was basically scrap weight when I got done with it. Almost grabbed the good drivers side CV axle while I was messing with it, but hopefully I'll have my Dana's under it before I ever need to replace one of those

Pulled all four door panels and the crappy speakers behind them. Found out why my driver's side door panel was sloppy...the armrest where the mounting bolts go through is broken on both sides. I searched the net for a replacement but so far only LMC has them and not only do they want $200 it has to be painted! No thanks, I'll keep looking or repair them myself.

Installed 1.25" wheel spacers on the rear axle and rotated the tires.

Vasture brand. Only one I could find on eBay that had an anodized finish

Installed on the wheel. Spacer centered on axle hub and wheel centered on spacer hub nicely.

Got 8.5 full turns of the nut on the stud. Otherwise studs and nuts just a bit recessed in the spacer.
