what have you gotten done on your blazer today?
Other question: I had it made, if you have a local weld/metal shop and bring in a drawing they should be able to put one together for you no problem. It was done for me to include the powder coating, the switch box and the piece of metal for the CB antenna for under $175. I gave a little extra to the guy, because he did such a nice job. It was all done with standard steel, I guess if you can afford it Stainless or even Aluminiun is an option.
Now once I get the motor mounts replaced and the lights wired I will take it out again and hopefully have some updated pictures of the truck with all the new stuff!
Good job that.
Sorry, this was in reply to CTYankee's post #1649. I missed it.

^Congrats Topsecret!
Spent 20 minutes and 16 dollars at the car wash, and still didn't get all the mud/grass/nastiness off my truck. I really need a pressure washer for the under carrige. Plus I noticed that the whole bottom rear of my passengers side front fender is a gapping maul of a hole from rust. Time to do some cuttin to kill the cancer/keep tires from rubbing.
Don't need a inspection sticker till next May and I'll get a fender by then

But seriously, that idea for those "feet" being the foundation of your rooftop light-mount is great. Makes for a rock solid starting place no matter how the actual mount is going to be designed.
Washed, cleaned the interior (holy crap does my gf leave a bunch of straw wrappers in there), and the other day my dad took it upon himself to zip tie the LED wires under my dash to a loop near the kick pannel... problem is he accidentally put it so that when I engaged the e-brake when parked on a ramp yesterday, the negative ground came out from behind the bolt. So I also fixed that today. Still awesome though that my dad tried to help out like that. On a safety/clarification note: even if the wires had fallen before he zip-tied them down, they would not have been in the way of my pedals.
