Got my windshield tint banner done today. Cheap, and no work involved for me. I wish everything was that easy!

Blew my steering shaft apart and so far no luck finding anyone that sells the stupid part and junkyards here will only part with it if I buy the entire steering column (cheapest is $300) ugh!
And no its not the rag joint it's the other joint at the upper end of the shaft where it connects to the steering column (my steering shaft is the 2 piece version)

ummmm...........aren't they all?

anyways, today i did alot with the Blazer. nothing maintence wise, but she was quite functional in her duties.

-i took the Jetta to scrap. after looking for the last 18 months for an engine-and having no luck-it had to go.
- hauled the 1 season old tires from the Jetta back home.
- also loaded it up with...............10 cases of water, the two replacement batteries for the 'Burb (they finally processed the warrenty), a bulk box of golf ***** for tomorrow, a couple of the gifts for my son's birthday, and a couple hundred dollars of groceries.

with the trailer on it, and all that stuff inside...........no wonder the *** of it looked to be low!

Actually no they are not all 2 piece even at $300 for the whole column I have yet to find a single one with the 2 piece shaft in a junkyard around here.

I was wondering where you were Logan. There was a kid wanting to change his blazer into a ZR2. And it reminded me of the fact you were going to look to see if there IS actually a difference in the frames.

Anyways. Nothing new with me. Probably an oil change soon. And I thought up a crazy idea. Can't tell you tho. Its top secret.
