What's the difference between base model and LS?
#11
I always thought the LS was the base level? That's how it is on my wife's cobalt. There is the LS, LT, and LTZ, which is the highest trim level. Ours is an LS, with zero options. Manual windows, locks, even a stick shift! I know they didn't have LTZ blazers, I think that came around later. Maybe they are just different trim levels, as opposed to one being higher?

[QUOTE=Kathy McNabb;581370]LS is Luxury Sport
LT is Luxury Touring
The differences in what options may be better for sport or touring. Width of wheels, trim package...
FYI I'm no expert. Just a Balzer LT owner who's been surfing to find the same answers. I just happened to find these acronymns, previously.
Auto experience?
Not much out there on 2-4 ++ wheels I can't drive and I have a great mechanic, lol
Getcha mind out the gutter!
I also saw that LS can stand for Lower Trim and LT as higher trim.
I would think that this would be the oppiste, wouldn't you?
Lower trim level for sport? What about the mud?
