Blazin Loud lives in Canada which has no laws on requiring a Catalytic converter. However in the US there are strick regulations that you have a cat on your vehicle. If you are found without one you can be fined lots of money or even go to court/serve jail time I believe. So if you live in the states it is up to you to find out what the reprocussions are for removing your cat, and then your choice to decide whether the not so good of gains/possible loose in power/sound are worthwhile. Just my 2cents just wanted to let people know so you don't get in trouble.
