I am wondering the same thing but thanks to google and a couple of forum posts I seen wait4me performance makes a nice tunes for the 4.3 at a fair price. I just emailed him yesterday let's see if he gets back to me. I don't live but 50 miles from him and I asked for a price to have some live data run and live tuned. But on his website you can get him to send you a tuned pcm for $175. But then you have to do a re "learn" to program it. Which I have no idea about.

Do I am wondering if any of you guys are running Jesse's / wait4me performance tunes? I'm going to start a new traed and ask this question.
