hey guys, i got a question. i've been trying to find VA's tailpipe laws. the reason is because i have turn down right after my aftermarket muffler. it exits right before the rear axle, just after the rear door opening. i can't find it anywhere online, the only thing i can find is loudness. can anyone help me??? thanks a bunch if you can.

 

According to this Virginia vehicle inspection guideline, in section C number 5, it would fail since it is exiting under the passenger compartment. A quick Google search led to it.
